Overview
Douglas Hassan, MD, is fellowship trained in orthopedic hand, shoulder and elbow surgery. He diagnoses and treats a wide range of upper extremity conditions, caused from disease, trauma or sports injuries. He believes in fostering a therapeutic partnership with each patient, promoting clear communication regarding the recommended treatment plan and required rehabilitation.
Dr. Hassan actively volunteers with the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association as a youth sports coach and is a volunteer physician for state basketball and football tournaments. He enjoys outside activities, such as skiing, golf and tennis, and also takes pleasure in putting pen to paper as a novel writer.
