Overview
Brian Mayeda, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in primary and revision hip and knee replacement surgery, as well as arthroscopy and fracture care. He has particular interest in modern, minimally invasive surgical techniques and in complex joint revision and reconstruction.
As a clinician, Dr. Mayeda strives to develop an honest, caring relationship with each of his patients in order to understand their personal goals, and to optimize their outcomes through informed, individualized care.
Dr. Mayeda grew up in the Rocky Mountain Foothills and is avid outdoorsman, enjoying skiing, camping, hiking, and spearfishing. On weekends he enjoys unwinding with his guitar and exploring Seattle with his wife and Australian Shepherd.
