Overview

Cindy E. Bullock, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon who specializes in the care of fractures, sports injuries, heel pain, and bunions. She finds it gratifying to share in each person’s path toward foot and ankle health. She looks forward to using her experience and training to work with each individual and provide them with effective, personalized care.

Dr. Bullock worked for four years as a podiatric surgeon at ABQ Health Partners in New Mexico. She also served as chief of staff at Westside Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2008. She is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association.

She was born and raised in San Diego, California. She completed her undergraduate education in California. She lived in Canterbury, England while completing post-baccalaureate studies in medical biochemistry. Since then, her education and work as a podiatric surgeon have taken her to Pennsylvania, Utah, New Mexico, and now, Skagit Valley, Washington. When not working, she enjoys travel, hiking, and watching football. She is an avid fan of the San Diego Chargers.
