Overview

Jonathan Kopelovich, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist whose practice includes general ear, nose and throat medical problems. He specializes in complex pediatric otolaryngology and has extensive experience in airway, craniofacial and ear surgery. He believes in a collaborative and holistic approach to caring for every child.

Dr. Kopelovich lived in Israel for a year prior to attending Jefferson Medical College and spent an additional year at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia devoted to cochlear implant research in children. Both during residency at the University of Iowa and during his pediatric fellowship year at Children’s Hospital Colorado, he focused on diseases affecting breathing, sleep, facial development and hearing. In addition to a stellar publication record, he is passionate about decreasing the environmental impact of medicine.

At Proliance, Dr. Kopelovich has been a trailblazer for multidisciplinary care of children. He participates in the Swedish Pediatric Aerodigestive Program, and leads the Eastside Pediatric Communications Clinic as well as the Puget Sound Cleft and Complex Sleep Clinic.

He lives on Mercer Island with his wife, a Seattle native and acupuncturist, and their three young children. He enjoys hiking and skiing with his family and is an avid fan of freestyle and written rap.
